Why I Built DistractionFree
Like many of you, I found myself losing hours every day to mindless scrolling. I wanted to stop, but I struggled. I told myself I wanted to read, work out more and do more with my life but whenever I had a free moment, I always picked up my phone.
I tried using app blockers, but they always came up short. I didn’t want something that just shouted “NO.” I wanted something that asked, “What would you rather be doing instead?”
