Welcome to DistractionFree ("the App"), a beta application operated by an individual creator ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

You acknowledge that DistractionFree is currently in an Open Beta phase. This means:

You do not need to create an account to use the core features of the Beta. However, if you provide your email for the waitlist or feedback, you agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, code, and "habit loop" logic of the App are the property of the creator and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data or usage) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email (if provided). Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
